To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, vip778 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, lost gaming opportunity, or damage to reputation, even if vip778 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
vip778's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip778 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Section 10 limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law or PAGCOR regulation. Your statutory rights as a consumer in the Philippines are not affected by these Terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The PAGCOR regulatory framework, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) apply where relevant.
In the event of a dispute between you and vip778 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the following resolution process applies:
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Republic of the Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the process outlined in Section 14.2 above.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent court or regulatory authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
